兽娘动物园 第03集 第3集 高山
00:08.740 00:11.570 How do we climb this?
00:11.570 00:15.570 Leave it to me. I have the perfect route.
00:15.570 00:17.530 Shall we see where he takes us?
00:17.530 00:19.700 We'll stay and watch the bus.
00:19.700 00:20.720 Have fun!
00:20.720 00:22.250 Thank you.
00:28.940 00:30.670 What is this place?
00:44.770 00:50.770 From here, we'll take the ropeway. Please board... board... board...
00:51.320 00:53.500 Searching. Searching.
00:53.500 00:54.860 This again?
01:01.240 01:03.140 Maybe we can go across this.
01:09.420 01:11.000 Serval-chan!
01:11.800 01:15.560 What now? Boss isn't saying anything.
01:15.560 01:18.820 Want to try and climb the cliff? Looks like we could go up from over there.
01:18.820 01:21.470 I don't think I can do that.
01:28.510 01:33.430 I am Crested Ibis.
01:33.430 01:38.360 I am searching for friends.
01:38.360 01:42.260 Where are you, friends?
01:42.260 01:51.330 My friends, I am searching for you.
01:51.330 01:54.510 Oh, friends...
02:01.460 02:03.070 That voice sure was something.
02:03.070 02:04.770 Yeah, it really was.
02:05.340 02:06.500 Good afternoon.
02:07.430 02:13.230 Order: Pelecaniformes Family: Threskiornithidae Genus: Nipponia
02:08.450 02:10.900 It's nice to meet you. I am Crested Ibis.
02:10.900 02:12.690 How was my song?
02:13.610 02:16.080 Very, um, p-powerful.
02:16.080 02:19.360 And the way you fluffed your feathers... It was very beautiful.
02:21.420 02:25.410 Thank you. It's so nice to have an audience.
02:25.860 02:29.290 Well, I'm glad you two look happy.
02:29.290 02:31.630 Does that mean you want an encore?
02:31.630 02:32.440 Huh?!
02:33.060 02:35.950 I am Crested Ibis!
02:34.950 02:36.980 M-Maybe later!
02:35.950 02:38.970 I am searching for friends!
02:36.980 02:38.970 Take it easy, okay?
04:11.260 04:13.440 What were you doing here?
04:13.440 04:15.690 We need to get to the top of the mountains.
04:15.690 04:19.230 Boss said that there was an easy way up from here.
04:19.650 04:21.300 Would you like me to carry you?
04:21.940 04:24.410 I was going to fly over these mountains anyway.
04:24.410 04:27.060 Really? You can do that?
04:27.060 04:29.730 I could carry one of you. Probably.
04:38.510 04:41.780 Boss won't talk to anyone but you, Bag-chan. He's all yours.
04:41.780 04:45.260 Are you sure about this? Maybe you should wait...
04:45.260 04:48.080 I'm fine. It's at the top of the mountain, right?
04:48.080 04:50.760 Let's race to see who gets up there first!
04:51.380 04:53.050 Time for us to take off, too.
05:13.910 05:16.650 This is incredible. We're flying!
05:16.650 05:18.040 First time in the sky?
05:18.040 05:18.580 Yes!
05:23.400 05:25.150 I'm not too heavy for you?
05:25.150 05:26.090 I'm fine.
05:26.580 05:29.720 I used to have big wings,
05:29.720 05:33.660 but I can fly more easily with these wings than when I was a regular animal.
05:37.930 05:43.430 The crested ibis is a large bird with a wingspan of 140 centimeters.
05:43.430 05:48.940 Its body is white, with a deep pink color on the undersides of its wings.
05:48.940 05:53.910 In Japanese, this beautiful shade of red (toki) is even named after the crested ibis (toki).
05:54.550 05:57.500 You know so much about me.
05:57.500 06:01.340 Oh, it's not me, it's Lucky-san.
06:01.340 06:05.050 Could you be a fan of mine?
06:05.500 06:07.080 Your fan?
06:07.650 06:10.640 Oh, yes, I think you're incredible.
06:12.790 06:17.070 My dear fan... I'll be careful not to drop you.
06:17.070 06:19.490 I appreciate it. Thank you.
06:20.620 06:24.500 The call of the crested ibis is throaty, like that of the crow,
06:24.500 06:26.690 and said to be very annoying.
06:28.990 06:32.070 Th-That wasn't me. I...
06:34.940 06:37.660 I love your singing!
06:37.660 06:40.700 Really? You're making me blush.
06:40.700 06:45.150 Yes, really. It's so loud, I bet it can be heard from far away.
06:45.150 06:47.880 Their call is also said to be nasal.
06:47.880 06:51.430 Many folk tales were written with this as a theme.
06:55.350 06:59.080 Th-That wasn't me, I swear!
06:59.080 07:03.940 Lucky-san, I get it. You can stop now!
07:13.380 07:15.950 Did you say you came from the savanna?
07:16.490 07:19.820 It's so hot there. I can't believe you came through it.
07:19.820 07:22.330 It was hot, yes.
07:22.960 07:26.100 Where did you come from, Crested Ibis-san?
07:26.550 07:29.130 I flew over that forest.
07:31.290 07:34.470 I don't like places that are too hot or too cold.
07:36.710 07:39.400 It's amazing how the temperature and humidity
07:39.400 07:42.790 are so different when these areas are right next to each other.
07:43.440 07:46.360 Due to the Sandstar, the temperature,
07:46.360 07:50.190 humidity, and even sunlight have changed.
07:50.190 07:52.760 Sandstar is a mysterious substance.
07:52.760 07:55.950 There is still so much that even we do not know about it.
07:55.950 07:58.030 Sandstar...
07:58.030 07:59.940 It comes from over there.
08:03.460 08:06.650 You said you were born from this year's eruption?
08:06.650 08:08.340 It seems that way.
08:09.020 08:11.250 I hope you find out what kind of animal you are.
08:17.470 08:20.470 This is tougher than I thought.
08:23.030 08:24.580 That was a close one.
08:24.940 08:28.320 I hope Bag-chan and Crested Ibis are okay.
08:30.820 08:34.410 Hold on, Bag-chan! I'll be there soon!
08:41.610 08:45.900 Food tastes extra delicious up here, doesn't it? It's a new discovery.
08:45.900 08:47.420 Isn't that the truth?
08:47.800 08:50.500 I'll have to tell Serval-chan about it later.
08:51.660 08:54.170 Maybe I should make a Japari bun song.
08:54.870 08:56.550 "Poles and Japari Buns."
08:57.490 09:05.110 Japari buns eaten at the top of poles are so delicious...
09:05.110 09:07.750 Now, let's go...
09:07.750 09:11.730 You really love singing, don't you?
09:12.210 09:16.610 It feels a little different as a Friend, though.
09:16.610 09:20.490 I wonder if there's a different way to sing in this body...
09:20.920 09:23.330 I know. You try singing.
09:23.330 09:24.710 Huh?!
09:24.710 09:29.760 You seem to know a lot about singing, and you knew a lot about me, too.
09:29.760 09:32.030 No, that was Lucky-san.
09:32.030 09:33.240 Come on.
09:33.240 09:34.720 Uh...
09:35.420 09:36.340 Like this.
09:36.850 09:44.350 Japari buns eaten at the top of poles are so delicious...
09:45.510 09:54.190 Japari buns eaten at the top of poles are more delicious than usual...
09:54.190 09:56.310 A new discovery!
09:58.120 10:00.500 I knew it. You're very good.
10:00.500 10:02.310 Did you do something special?
10:02.310 10:04.510 The way you breathe, maybe?
10:04.510 10:10.420 Uh, I'm not sure. It's best to breathe from your diaphragm... I think.
10:10.420 10:11.910 Uh-huh, uh-huh.
10:11.910 10:16.150 But the cold might be harsh on your throat.
10:16.150 10:20.140 I see. So maybe where you sing makes a difference.
10:20.140 10:23.310 You're eager to learn, aren't you?
10:24.790 10:31.700 The Japanese crested ibis has a long, curved black beak with a red tip.
10:25.040 10:54.190 Sado City Toki Forest Park, Higuchi-oneesan (Ishikawa Prefecture)
10:31.700 10:37.360 Their faces are red and have no feathers.
10:37.360 10:39.440 Their legs are red, as well.
10:39.440 10:43.200 Their feathers are normally white,
10:43.200 10:48.360 with a beautiful pale pink-orange color mixed in.
10:48.360 10:50.510 Unlike mandarin duck pairs and so on,
10:50.510 10:53.900 it's said that they basically mate for life.
10:54.790 10:58.090 Alpacas are known for their very soft, voluminous fleece.
10:54.980 11:24.180 Nasu Alpaca Farm, Abeo-neesan (Tochigi Prefecture)
10:58.090 11:01.570 They're covered in so much fine fleece
11:01.570 11:04.430 that you can't imagine the shape of their body beneath.
11:04.430 11:06.810 They're endearing animals.
11:06.810 11:11.900 They have very cute mouths. The upper lip is split, like a rabbit's,
11:11.900 11:14.080 so they look cute when they eat.
11:14.080 11:16.460 They live in herds and,
11:16.460 11:19.120 like with monkeys, one alpaca leads the herd,
11:19.120 11:24.450 but in their social structure, everyone doesn't have to listen to the alpha male.
11:56.530 11:58.850 This place is breathtaking.
11:59.330 12:00.530 Is that it?
12:11.340 12:12.750 Hi there!
12:12.750 12:16.300 Welcome to Japari Café. Come on in.
12:16.300 12:18.250 Make yourselves at home!
12:18.250 12:19.730 Um, okay.
12:21.490 12:25.470 Gosh, I've been waiting so long. Finally, some customers!
12:25.470 12:26.300 I'm so happy!
12:26.300 12:28.510 So, what'll you have? We have lots to choose from.
12:26.300 12:35.400 Order: Artiodactyla Family: Camelidae Genus: Vicugna
12:28.510 12:32.450 This is called "black tea." The professor taught me that!
12:32.450 12:35.400 Hot water comes out of here, so you use that, and...
12:35.400 12:39.400 Excuse me, but we're looking for a place to charge our battery.
12:40.010 12:43.150 So you're not customers? Ptoo!
12:43.150 12:44.200 I'm so sorry!
12:45.170 12:47.200 This is the battery.
12:47.870 12:51.200 Oh, in that case, maybe...
12:58.460 13:00.400 Is this what you're looking for?
13:00.400 13:01.710 Is it?
13:01.710 13:04.010 This is it. This is it.
13:04.010 13:05.230 What is this thing?
13:05.230 13:09.100 Amazing, right? Thanks to this, we can make tea.
13:09.590 13:12.240 Did you make this, Alpaca-san?
13:12.240 13:15.390 No way. It was here from the beginning.
13:15.880 13:19.290 Though I don't know what it is, either.
13:20.400 13:23.650 That will do. Please wait for about an hour.
13:23.650 13:25.980 Huh? Did it get darker in here?
13:25.980 13:27.280 Oh, that...
13:27.280 13:29.660 I want to drink this "black tea."
13:29.660 13:34.290 Actually, when you disconnect that cable I showed you, the hot water won't work.
13:34.290 13:37.300 I'm sorry. Is that okay?
13:37.300 13:41.480 No problem. It's not like I get any customers.
13:41.480 13:45.170 When the "charging" thingy is done, I'll make you a cup.
13:45.170 13:47.670 Do you really get so few customers?
13:47.670 13:50.410 That's right. No one comes here.
13:50.410 13:52.870 But it's such a lovely place.
13:52.870 13:55.180 Maybe no one knows about it.
13:55.180 14:00.700 I told a lot of Friends at the bottom of the mountain about it, but no one comes.
14:00.700 14:04.290 Maybe they don't know where it is?
14:04.290 14:06.930 I only heard about it from her.
14:06.930 14:09.780 Huh? Is it that hard to find?
14:09.780 14:13.590 There are so many mountains here. You pass right by it.
14:13.590 14:18.530 Really? I just climb up, so I'd never considered that.
14:18.530 14:20.670 I think only those who can fly would go this way.
14:20.670 14:25.090 Huh? But it's a piece of cake, even if you're carrying things.
14:25.620 14:29.090 Um, I know of something we could try.
14:34.310 14:37.180 Do you mind if we pull up the grass here?
14:37.180 14:41.690 Not at all. Weeding is a lot of work, so I'd appreciate the help.
14:42.410 14:46.230 Could you pull it for me where I direct you to?
14:46.230 14:49.620 First, we'll go straight in that direction.
14:49.620 14:51.070 You got it.
14:50.260 14:51.070 Roger.
14:51.810 14:55.490 Pull, pull...
14:55.490 14:57.560 Makes me want to sing.
14:57.560 15:00.890 Can you keep curving slowly in that direction?
15:00.890 15:04.290 Weeding. Weeding. Weeding.
15:08.680 15:12.930 Alpaca, what made you decide to start a café here?
15:12.930 15:17.260 Folks go through here to get to the next Area all the time, right?
15:17.260 15:18.520 The bird types do, yes.
15:18.520 15:22.810 So I thought it would be the perfect place to take a rest.
15:23.170 15:27.330 Then, one day, I found this little building on the next mountain over.
15:27.330 15:31.290 I heard that when tea is served at a place like this, it's called a "café."
15:31.290 15:34.030 So I had them teach me how to make it at the library.
15:34.550 15:38.490 I thought all I needed next was to have everyone come,
15:38.490 15:41.590 but nobody comes by at all.
15:42.040 15:45.140 May I stop weeding for the moment?
15:45.140 15:46.170 Okay.
15:47.490 15:48.640 What got into him?
15:48.640 15:49.450 Dunno.
15:53.130 15:53.820 Okay!
15:53.820 15:55.400 Can you fly up for me?
15:55.400 15:57.130 Huh? Sure thing.
15:58.040 15:59.730 I wonder why she wants us to fly.
15:59.730 16:02.440 Wow, I'm flying!
16:03.240 16:05.080 Look below us.
16:13.740 16:16.570 If everyone sees this, they won't pass it by.
16:16.570 16:21.200 Amazing, amazing! Now they'll notice my café!
16:21.600 16:23.310 That's great.
16:23.310 16:24.140 Huh?
16:29.740 16:31.400 Serval-chan!
16:31.970 16:33.340 Are you okay?
16:33.340 16:35.730 I had no idea climbing mountains would be this hard.
16:35.730 16:38.600 Oh, gosh! A customer already?
16:41.010 16:42.870 Don't push yourself, okay?
16:42.870 16:44.350 I got a bit carried away!
16:44.350 16:46.440 You could have just waited.
16:46.440 16:49.440 Good work. Here you go.
16:49.440 16:51.780 Drink up, drink up.
16:51.780 16:53.660 You seem excited, Alpaca-san.
16:53.660 16:55.590 You bet I am!
16:55.590 16:57.370 So this is a café!
16:57.370 16:58.740 And this is "tea"...
17:02.470 17:04.520 Thanks for the tea.
17:10.500 17:12.420 Cafés are great.
17:12.420 17:13.690 They're relaxing.
17:13.690 17:16.470 I hope everyone notices it.
17:18.780 17:20.720 I think it's time for a song.
17:29.520 17:33.510 My name is Crested Ibis.
17:33.510 17:37.240 I am searching for friends.
17:37.240 17:44.120 Where are you, my friends?
17:44.120 17:47.220 Oh, friends!
17:51.180 17:54.300 What happened? Your voice is way better than before.
17:54.300 17:57.420 It's true. It was easier to sing than usual.
17:58.300 18:01.150 Earlier, you said you were going to sing,
18:01.150 18:03.530 so I made tea that would be good for your throat.
18:03.530 18:06.310 You feel nice and warm inside, right?
18:06.680 18:08.890 I think I'll be a regular customer.
18:08.890 18:11.020 Awesome!
18:11.020 18:13.670 One more cup... No, lots more, please.
