兽娘动物园 第04集 第4集 沙漠地区
00:09.860 00:12.270 We will reach the Desert Area shortly.
00:12.270 00:15.870 If you'd like, have a look through the window above you.
00:16.680 00:17.830 Above us?
00:20.130 00:22.380 What is this? You can climb up?
00:28.280 00:29.690 Wow!
00:31.880 00:34.180 Look at all that sand.
00:35.050 00:38.850 Due to the extremely small amount of precipitation in the Desert Area,
00:38.850 00:43.890 there is much sand and rock, but very little vegetation.
00:44.250 00:47.970 There are actually several kinds of deserts.
00:47.970 00:52.940 Sandy deserts such as this one are actually relatively rare.
00:57.710 01:00.700 Is this road safe?
01:00.700 01:05.040 The library lies just beyond the Desert Area.
01:05.350 01:07.340 Leave the driving to me.
01:11.960 01:12.700 Huh?
02:46.990 02:48.520 Lucky-san?
02:48.970 02:50.700 There is a sandstorm ahead.
02:52.690 02:55.330 Sandstorms are not unusual in the desert,
02:55.330 02:58.280 but inhaling sand is bad for your health.
02:58.280 03:00.280 Huh?
03:00.280 03:01.750 We will take a detour.
03:11.190 03:12.380 Huh?
03:14.930 03:16.040 Boss!
03:14.930 03:16.800 Lucky-san!
03:16.800 03:19.410 What do we do? Should we push it?
03:19.410 03:20.660 On it!
03:32.270 03:32.730 Whoa!
03:33.560 03:36.650 The storm's coming closer!
03:53.550 03:54.740 Serval-chan!
04:01.010 04:04.690 Looks like we're safe now. That was scary!
04:04.690 04:07.430 Thank you for your help. What's your name?
04:07.430 04:13.480 Order: Carnivora Family: Felidae Genus: Felis
04:08.270 04:09.780 I'm Sand Cat.
04:09.780 04:12.860 Wow, you're just as cute as the rumors say!
04:13.480 04:15.660 Your voice is totally adorable, too!
04:18.770 04:22.060 You're just as clumsy as the rumors say you are, too, Serval.
04:22.060 04:25.570 Aw, hey! That wasn't my fault earlier!
04:25.910 04:29.240 What were you doing there, Sand Cat-san?
04:29.240 04:32.580 Since that sandstorm was so big,
04:32.830 04:34.830 I got curious and went to check it out.
04:35.080 04:36.540 Then I got swept away,
04:36.780 04:38.810 and the next thing I knew, I was here.
04:38.810 04:39.720 Really?!
04:39.720 04:41.350 That was dangerous!
04:41.350 04:45.350 When something makes me curious, I can't stop myself from—
04:50.720 04:52.560 Wow...
04:53.020 04:56.220 This is incredible. What is it?
04:57.220 04:59.400 This is called a "bus."
04:59.400 05:02.510 We found it in pieces in the Jungle.
05:02.510 05:04.660 It was a lot of work.
05:04.660 05:10.410 We took this "battery" thing up a really tall cliff, all the way to a café, and...
05:10.410 05:11.830 I see.
05:11.830 05:14.410 Come on, show a little more interest!
05:16.260 05:18.150 Huh? What is that?
05:18.150 05:20.340 Huh? Do you mean this?
05:20.750 05:24.300 I thought it was an ear at first. It's pretty!
05:24.300 05:27.830 Oh, that's the decoration on my hat.
05:28.570 05:29.250 Okay.
05:29.250 05:30.890 She already lost interest!
05:31.400 05:34.870 So this is what Sand Cat is like, huh?
05:34.870 05:40.860 It's said that the sand cat's body can both heat and cool itself easily.
05:40.860 05:45.270 This may have influenced her transformation into a Friend.
05:45.270 05:48.410 Wow, Boss can talk!
05:49.150 05:50.700 But...
05:50.700 05:53.200 I guess it's not that big a deal.
05:53.200 05:55.220 She cools off too fast!
05:55.220 05:57.750 She's a very unique Friend, huh?
06:00.210 06:03.250 We should be safe from the storm at this distance.
06:03.840 06:05.750 This is the desert, too?
06:08.120 06:10.720 It feels completely different.
06:14.820 06:19.480 Most deserts are covered in rock, like this.
06:19.480 06:22.150 There are also white deserts
06:22.150 06:25.400 and deserts covered in pebbles.
06:26.190 06:29.220 Where are you all going?
06:29.220 06:30.720 To the library!
06:30.720 06:32.910 Boss says this is a fast way to get there.
06:33.250 06:34.970 Shall we move on?
06:34.970 06:38.290 Boss is more fun when he talks.
06:38.290 06:41.340 But he won't say anything when Bag-chan isn't around.
06:41.340 06:43.950 Maybe he just doesn't like you, Serval?
06:43.950 06:45.090 That's not it!
06:45.590 06:49.340 It's so hot here.
06:49.340 06:53.200 The temperature range in the Desert Area is extreme.
06:53.200 06:57.220 It is not unusual for the temperature to exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
06:57.660 06:59.270 Wow!
06:59.270 07:01.600 It sounds like it'd be hard to live there.
07:01.600 07:05.500 This is why there are many desert animals
07:05.500 07:10.900 that evolved to be tolerant of the heat and not easily dehydrated.
07:11.370 07:16.330 This bus is great for beating the heat. It's like we're running through the shade.
07:21.920 07:24.300 Hot! Hot!
07:22.290 07:24.300 Boss, it's hot!
07:24.300 07:26.920 The floor is burning up! Hot!
07:27.390 07:31.350 Really? It feels fine to me.
07:31.350 07:32.670 Huh?
07:32.670 07:37.140 The bottoms of the sand cat's paws are covered in thick fur,
07:37.140 07:40.080 so hot sand doesn't bother them.
07:40.080 07:42.370 Oh, that explains it.
07:42.850 07:48.030 Boss, can we go someplace cool? We're going to dry up.
07:48.030 07:51.240 Would you like to visit my home, then?
07:51.900 07:53.240 Your home?
08:03.940 08:05.540 Much better!
08:07.770 08:09.990 This is my home.
08:10.960 08:15.900 I usually stay here in the daytime and go out at night.
08:15.900 08:19.390 Today I got to see so many unusual things that I got bored.
08:19.390 08:20.970 My curiosity is sated.
08:20.970 08:22.980 Sounds like a fun life.
08:26.900 08:29.000 Would you like to eat some Japari buns?
08:29.000 08:30.320 Yay!
08:31.770 08:33.680 What should we do next?
08:33.680 08:35.850 Maybe move during the night?
08:35.850 08:38.660 Nighttime in the desert is very cold.
08:38.660 08:40.950 That doesn't sound so great, either.
08:41.580 08:43.960 Would you like to go through the hole further in?
08:43.960 08:45.630 A hole?
08:50.430 08:52.700 This would be the bypass.
08:52.700 08:56.040 You can go this way to get to the library, too.
08:56.040 08:59.000 But the bus can't get through here.
08:59.000 09:00.730 Shall I dig it out?
09:00.730 09:01.830 Huh?
09:11.580 09:13.820 You're great, Sand Cat!
09:20.120 09:22.200 It's pitch dark.
09:22.200 09:25.120 Boss, can we go through here?
09:34.550 09:36.800 Shall we?
09:36.800 09:39.030 What a mysterious road.
09:39.030 09:40.850 I wonder where it leads.
09:41.640 09:43.020 My curiosity is sated.
09:43.020 09:44.810 Already?!
09:45.570 09:48.520 That's it for me today.
09:51.540 09:55.690 I don't get bored with you all around. Let's play again sometime.
09:56.200 09:57.210 Sure.
09:57.210 09:58.450 We'd be happy to!
10:04.750 10:06.710 Her yawns were contagious.
10:06.710 10:09.330 Well, you are both nocturnal.
10:09.910 10:12.420 Look, there's something up ahead!
10:17.250 10:18.930 What is this place?
10:20.740 10:23.930 It looks like you can walk inside.
10:24.600 10:26.690 Wanna check it out?
10:27.730 10:31.780 They have longer fur that covers the paws of their feet
10:27.730 10:57.110 Big Cat Rescue, Lauren-oneesan (America)
10:31.780 10:34.530 because they walk on the hot sand
10:34.530 10:38.450 and because of the high-temperature terrain that they move on.
10:38.450 10:44.730 Those hairs help to protect their paws from getting burnt.
10:44.730 10:47.730 Sand cats are prolific diggers.
10:47.730 10:51.310 Many cats tend to be climbers or jumpers,
10:51.310 10:57.380 but for sand cats, digging is necessary to help the cat dig out burrows.
11:02.750 11:04.930 What is this place?
11:04.930 11:06.680 Yeah, what is it?
11:07.770 11:09.390 It looks like it goes deeper.
11:19.090 11:20.170 Huh?!
11:26.590 11:28.030 What's going on?
11:36.420 11:39.550 Wh-Wh-Wh-Who are you?!
11:43.410 11:48.970 Welcome to the Underground Labyrinth! Can you make it to the exit in one piece?
11:52.840 11:55.420 You closed it?! You jerks!
11:55.420 11:57.370 Huh?! S-Sorry!
11:57.370 11:59.360 Also, who are you?
11:59.360 12:02.470 Use your eyes! I'm Tsuchinoko!
11:59.360 12:03.910 Cryptid
12:02.470 12:03.910 But I can't see you!
12:04.660 12:08.120 What's going on? Where are we?
12:08.540 12:11.330 Darn it... And after I propped that door open
12:11.330 12:15.920 because it's hard to get out of here when it's closed...
12:16.500 12:18.230 Why won't you come out?
12:18.230 12:20.460 Because this calms me!
12:21.100 12:23.680 Whatever. I'll try somewhere else.
12:23.680 12:26.090 You guys do what it says and go to the exit, too.
12:26.460 12:28.260 Which way's the exit?
12:28.260 12:31.270 I don't know! I'm gonna look for it, too.
12:31.730 12:35.190 Watch out for Ceruleans.
12:35.190 12:36.110 Huh?!
12:37.790 12:41.820 Um... Can't we go together?
12:42.300 12:43.860 What?!
12:53.340 12:57.230 What do you think you're doing?! These are priceless ruins!
12:57.230 12:59.140 I-I'm sorry!
12:59.630 13:03.920 Um... May we go with you?
13:05.750 13:06.890 Curses...
13:08.750 13:09.930 Follow me!
13:10.610 13:12.120 Yay...
13:19.390 13:20.850 What is this place?
13:20.850 13:24.150 The ruins of a place built long ago.
13:24.990 13:26.990 Ruins?
13:26.990 13:30.660 You're moving right along. Do you know where the exit is?
13:31.160 13:35.040 I can smell it. The scent of the air outside.
13:35.870 13:37.300 That's amazing!
13:37.300 13:38.630 Wow!
13:38.630 13:41.290 Is your nose just for show?!
13:41.290 13:45.050 Well, I can't tell which scent is from outside.
13:49.010 13:51.160 It's a fork in the path.
13:51.160 13:52.810 Which way now?
13:52.810 13:57.550 The exit is that way... but there are Ceruleans.
13:57.550 13:59.230 We'll go the other way!
13:59.230 14:00.850 Wow!
14:00.850 14:03.060 How can you tell?
14:03.060 14:04.470 My pit organ.
14:05.240 14:10.240 I think that's what it's called... It lets me see infrared light.
14:10.240 14:11.860 Nothing gets past me.
14:16.840 14:21.260 This place is huge! I wonder what it's for.
14:21.260 14:23.580 I-I'm researching that.
14:24.820 14:25.790 Huh?
14:26.590 14:28.540 We can't go through here?
14:28.540 14:31.180 It was probably a way out in the past,
14:31.180 14:34.630 but not anymore, with the lava plugging it up.
14:35.160 14:36.270 What's "lava"?
14:36.270 14:39.430 Tch! Ask at the library!
14:46.360 14:47.220 They're here.
14:55.040 14:58.730 Don't get too close. There are a lot of them.
14:58.730 15:00.040 No worries!
15:00.540 15:05.380 There's a wall between us and them. Besides, I can beat them with my claws!
15:06.860 15:09.170 Behind you!
15:16.550 15:19.100 What's wrong with you?!
15:19.610 15:21.590 I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry!
15:24.210 15:26.400 What do we do, Bag-chan?!
15:29.030 15:31.600 Stay on the right side of the bridge! The right side!
15:31.600 15:32.260 Huh?!
15:32.260 15:32.700 Got it!
15:39.870 15:42.670 Huh?! It's a dead end!
15:44.790 15:47.590 Oh, no! They're here!
15:58.770 16:02.220 If we had fallen... If we had fallen, we'd be...
16:11.820 16:13.700 What is it, Tsuchinoko?
16:15.140 16:16.490 What's that?
16:16.490 16:19.300 This is a Japari coin!
16:19.300 16:21.110 It was once used as currency at the park.
16:21.110 16:25.320 Oh, currency was something you could exchange for things,
16:25.320 16:27.380 like modern Japari buns, and—
16:31.880 16:33.770 What's your problem?!
16:35.130 16:36.570 We wanna hear!
16:39.060 16:41.270 Come on, we're heading for the exit.
16:43.560 16:45.060 That way!
16:45.060 16:47.860 We just came through that way!
16:48.210 16:50.600 I think that one's small enough to fight off.
16:50.600 16:52.280 Then you go fight it.
16:58.900 17:01.700 Is that the exit? I can see light!
17:02.950 17:04.310 This is...
17:04.310 17:05.880 Here, too?
17:07.400 17:09.260 Can't get through here...
17:11.890 17:13.090 Meow!
17:13.090 17:15.300 Hi-yah!
17:15.300 17:17.490 It'd be tough to dig through, too.
17:17.490 17:19.530 Isn't there another exit?
17:19.530 17:22.010 I can only smell the outside from here.
17:22.970 17:25.660 What? Then we're stuck in here?!
17:25.660 17:28.860 Hey, I don't mind staying here a while longer.
17:28.860 17:30.220 What?!
17:32.070 17:33.860 I find the darkness calming.
17:33.860 17:35.390 I don't wanna stay!
17:35.390 17:37.610 Might be more interesting artifacts to find, too.
17:37.610 17:39.490 No! No!
17:39.490 17:42.980 Excuse me... I think something's over here.
17:42.980 17:45.000 Really?
17:45.800 17:48.530 Yes. I saw this symbol earlier, too.
17:54.940 17:56.330 I knew it.
17:58.890 18:02.310 Just... what kind of animal are you?
18:03.000 18:04.810 I don't know yet.
18:28.410 18:30.170 An incredible find!
18:32.040 18:37.010 I was right! This place was built for entertainment!
18:37.010 18:39.170 It's probably not—
18:41.340 18:43.010 Uh-huh? Uh-huh?
18:43.420 18:47.880 A-Ahem. It's probably not on the map
18:47.880 18:52.110 because the lava became a problem before it was formally opened.
18:58.010 18:58.740 Boss!
18:59.400 19:05.560 How was it? Because the attraction began, I moved to the exit to pick you up.
19:08.260 19:10.970 Lucky Beast spoke?!
19:10.970 19:14.590 Yeah! But he won't talk to me...
19:14.590 19:16.720 Well, that's normal.
19:17.480 19:20.430 Wait, could you be...

19:33.060 19:34.390 It's that again!
19:34.390 19:35.260 Huh?
19:35.910 19:40.120 Boss made that voice earlier, too, while you were asleep.
19:40.120 19:46.700 This giant attraction is a maze where you can play together with animals and Friends.
19:46.700 19:49.460 We hope you'll enjoy it.
19:50.100 19:54.710 Goodbye, and we look forward to meeting you all!
20:04.770 20:06.420 Bye, Tsuchinoko!
20:09.770 20:15.360 Today was a good day. Come back sometime, if you get the chance.
20:15.770 20:16.840 Okay!
20:16.840 20:18.860 Are you being shy?
20:18.860 20:21.050 You don't need to!
20:21.050 20:22.780 That's mean!
20:23.430 20:24.790 The bus is now departing.
20:33.560 20:36.980 So she wasn't annihilated, huh?
20:39.900 20:42.580 Well, that was a curious place!
20:42.580 20:43.970 Yup!
22:20.060 22:25.580 They're generally about 30 to 40 centimeters long and narrower at the neck,
22:20.060 22:49.760 Tsuchinoko Museum, Yasue-oniisan (Gifu)
22:25.580 22:27.420 with a tiny tail and no limbs.
22:27.420 22:31.360 People say that they scrunch up like inchworms and then jump,
22:31.360 22:34.480 and tumble down from the mountains and so on.
22:34.480 22:37.710 Younger people doubt their existence,
22:37.710 22:39.670 but personally, I think they're real.
22:39.670 22:43.980 When I was a child, old folks would say that the back hills were crawling with them,
22:43.980 22:49.780 and it was more than just one or two people, so I think it's true.
22:55.970 22:59.060 You've gotta be careful, Raccoon-san.
23:00.600 23:03.390 If not for this contraption...
23:04.470 23:05.320 Who's that?
23:05.580 23:08.070 Bag-chan made it.
23:08.070 23:13.680 It saved me. I owe my life to this Bag-san!
23:13.680 23:15.630 So what are you in such a hurry for?
23:16.050 23:19.960 We're trying to catch up with someone who has something like this on her head.
23:19.960 23:22.500 Her? She went to that mountain, and—
23:23.480 23:25.170 After her!
23:25.170 23:27.300 Uh, and then...
23:28.290 23:30.630 Thanks for the tip.
23:30.630 23:33.990 Raccoon-san, don't be in such a rush.
23:34.870 23:38.830 And then she came back and got on the bus...
23:41.800 23:43.090 PPP Preview!
23:43.090 23:46.110 This week, let's learn about prairie dogs.
23:46.110 23:49.380 They're polygamous, and their families are close-knit.
23:49.380 23:51.080 All the wives must get along well.
23:51.080 23:52.500 There's no way!
23:52.500 23:53.540 I'm not convinced.
23:53.540 23:54.350 No way!
23:54.840 23:56.410 Next time, "Lake Shore."
